Done in charcoal on paper, the paper appears to have been glued down to a backing board. Signed lower left NY Carl 1944, matted and framed under glass. Measures overall 17.5in x 14.5in overall, 13.5in x 10.5in image area only. Good vintage condition, glued down drawing with creases still present, light dirt accumulation and nicks on frame.
