The widest point measures 17.5 inches in diameter. The glass lens is 14.5 inches in diameter. The 10-inch stainless steel down rod attaches to a 6-inch diameter ceiling flange with 4 mount holes. They take a medium base bulb of 100 watts or less. All wiring exits the light from the center of the ceiling flange. The wiring is rated to work with any voltage under 250 volts.
