This faucet is in overall very good condition with a nice bright finish and no damage to be found. We … more This faucet is in overall very good condition with a nice bright finish and no damage to be found. We acquire antique sinks on a regular basis and in most cases the faucets are discarded as they are not in good shape. This came off a 1928 “Standard” sink, and it looked so good that we decided to offer it alone, without the sink. The chrome is in exceptionally good condition, with little spotting or flaking to be found. From the front, there is nothing but some light scratches. The faucet was not tested with water, but the movement of the hot and cold handles is proper, and the spout moves as it should. There is a spot for a soap dish, but this part was not present when we found the sink. It is designed to be set up with or without the dish, so it looks fine the way it stands.
